If you do not wish to pay online, you can download the appropriate form here to complete and return by post:

• New Members application form

• Existing members wishing to renew their membership

• Lapsed members renewing their membership

You will also need to print off the credit card authorisation form, to send with your application.

If you are a tax payer you can elect that your payment to EO is treated as Gift Aid. This allows us to reclaim 28p in the £1.

Please print of the Gift Aid form and send it with your other forms.
